Each team in the Spring season has a sponsor who donates $750 to WUSA. In exchange for their generous donation, the organization is offered their name on the back of the team jerseys, a jersey for the organization, an advertisement opposite the team in the WUSA directory, recognition on the WUSA website, and an appreciation plaque with a team picture.
