2011 Spring Survey results

Each year WUSA conducts an online survey open to all parents of players who participate in our spring softball season. This year we received 56 completed surveys, a response rate of over 10% of our active families, which the experts tell us is pretty good and which gives us some good information and feedback on how we are doing as a league. We are happy to share the results of this year's survey with you. To view a summary of the responses, click here. In addition, any narrative comments submitted by survey respondents are shared with and reviewed by the full Board, except for any submissions marked confidential, which are reviewed by a subcommittee of the Board established for that purpose.
We are so gratified that the overwhelming majority of the respondents to this year's survey, consistent with past years' results, are having a great experience in our league and not only plan for their daughters to play in WUSA again but also want to invite friends and neighbors to participate. We are also thankful for the candid feedback by some on areas in which we can improve our offerings. Such feedback is a constant focus of our volunteer Board and Auxiliary.
