Team Sponsorship Form

WUSA Team Sponsors receive their organization’s name on the back of the team jerseys, a jersey for the sponsoring organization, an advertisement opposite the team in the WUSA directory, recognition on the WUSA website, and an appreciation plaque.

To sponsor a team, you can sign up at your team's first parent meeting.

Sponsorship levels are as follows:

  • Team Sponsorship for $800

    OR

  • Donor Wall & Team Sponsorship Packages:

    • Package #1: Team Sponsorship + 4"x8" Donor Wall Tile for $1,650 ($100 savings off Team Sponsorship)
       
    • Package #2: Team Sponsorship + 8"x8" Donor Wall Tile for $3,000 ($250 savings off Team Sponsorship)
